Qlipo Privacy Policy

Qlipo (“the App”) helps you capture short sports clips from a mounted iPhone, optionally controlled from Apple Watch, hand gestures, or a Bluetooth shutter.
Data we process
- Camera: Used only to preview and record video while you use capture features. Video is stored on your device and can be saved to the Photos app / your Qlipo album.
- Photo Library: Used to save clips and to show your in-app album. We do not upload your library to our servers.
- Apple Watch / Health: If you use Watch features, the App may read workout-related metrics such as heart rate and active energy to keep the Watch awake during a match and to show a session summary. Workout data can be written to Apple Health when you finish. Health data stays under your Apple ID / Health permissions.
- Settings: Preferences (sport, clip length, gestures, etc.) are stored locally on your devices via standard system storage.
- WatchConnectivity: The iPhone and Apple Watch exchange session state (recording status, settings, battery, etc.) over Apple’s WatchConnectivity. This communication stays between your paired devices.
What we do not do
- We do not operate a Qlipo account system.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not run third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App.
- We do not upload your match videos to a Qlipo server (there is none).
Permissions
iOS / watchOS will ask for permission before camera, Photos, and Health access. You can revoke permissions in Settings. Some features will stop working if permission is denied.
Retention and deletion
Clips and preferences stay on your devices (and in Photos / Apple Health when you allow that). Qlipo does not keep a copy on a developer server. Delete clips in Photos or the in-app album, revoke Health / Photos / Camera access in Settings, or delete the App to remove local Qlipo data. For questions about deletion, use the contact method below.
Children
The App is rated for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal data of children through the App.

We may update this policy when the App changes. The effective date above will be revised.

البيانات التي نتعامل معها
- الكاميرا: للمعاينة والتسجيل أثناء استخدام ميزات التصوير فقط. الفيديو يُحفظ على جهازك ويمكن حفظه في الصور / ألبوم Qlipo.
- مكتبة الصور: لحفظ اللقطات وعرض الألبوم داخل التطبيق. لا نرفع مكتبتك إلى خوادمنا.
- الساعة / صحتي: عند استخدام ميزات الساعة قد تُقرأ مؤشرات مثل نبض القلب والطاقة النشطة لإبقاء الساعة مستيقظة وعرض ملخص الجلسة، وقد تُحفظ التمرينة في تطبيق صحتي حسب إذنك.
- الإعدادات: تفضيلاتك تُحفظ محليًا على أجهزتك.
- WatchConnectivity: يتبادل الآيفون والساعة حالة الجلسة عبر نظام أبل بين جهازيْك المقترنين فقط.
ما لا نفعله
- لا يوجد حساب Qlipo على سيرفر.
- لا نبيع بياناتك.
- لا نستخدم إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل طرف ثالث داخل التطبيق.
- لا نرفع فيديوهات مبارياتك إلى سيرفر Qlipo (لا يوجد سيرفر).
الأذونات
سيطلب النظام إذن الكاميرا والصور وصحتي. يمكنك سحب الأذن من الإعدادات؛ بعض الميزات تتوقف عند الرفض.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
اللقطات والتفضيلات تبقى على أجهزتك (وفي الصور / صحتي حسب إذنك). Qlipo لا يحتفظ بنسخة على سيرفر المطوّر. احذف اللقطات من الصور أو الألبوم داخل التطبيق، أو اسحب الأذونات من الإعدادات، أو احذف التطبيق لإزالة بيانات Qlipo المحلية.

Qlipo te ayuda a capturar clips deportivos cortos con un iPhone fijo, con control opcional desde Apple Watch, gestos o un disparador Bluetooth.
Datos que tratamos
- Cámara: solo para previsualizar y grabar mientras usas la captura. El vídeo se guarda en tu dispositivo y puede ir a Fotos / el álbum de Qlipo.
- Fototeca: para guardar clips y mostrar el álbum en la app. No subimos tu biblioteca a nuestros servidores.
- Apple Watch / Salud: si usas el reloj, la app puede leer ritmo cardíaco y energía activa, y guardar el entrenamiento en Salud según tus permisos.
- Ajustes: se guardan en el dispositivo.
- WatchConnectivity: el iPhone y el Apple Watch intercambian el estado de la sesión entre tus dispositivos emparejados.
Lo que no hacemos
- No hay cuentas Qlipo en un servidor.
- No vendemos tus datos.
- No usamos anuncios ni SDKs de analítica de terceros.
- No subimos tus vídeos a un servidor de Qlipo.
Conservación y eliminación
Los clips y ajustes permanecen en tus dispositivos (y en Fotos / Salud si lo permites). Qlipo no guarda una copia en un servidor del desarrollador. Borra clips en Fotos o en el álbum de la app, revoca permisos en Ajustes, o elimina la app para quitar los datos locales de Qlipo.
